About
The purpose of this web site is to help students learn about the differences and similarities between the Wampanoag and Sioux tribes. It will act as a supplement to class materials in meeting the objective of understanding how geography influenced and shaped the lives of at least two different groups of indigenous peoples who lived in different regions of North America.
This site has been designed by K. Vigil for Mr. Greggor’s 5th grade classroom at Alcott Elementary School in Concord, Massachusetts. I am a student at Boston University studying English Education in the School of Education. This site is a requirement for the course ED101, which contributes to satisfying the Massachusetts licensing requirements for coursework in Educational Technology.
